Enquire About A Place

Once we receive your enquiry form a member of our team will be in touch to discuss your childcare requirements. If we have availability for your required childcare then we will put a temporary hold on these sessions until you have been for a showround. We can temporarily hold these sessions for up to a week to give you a chance to view the nursery or a choice of nurseries if we have availability at more than one setting. After the showround(s), if you would like to proceed with booking a place then we will send details of how to pay a deposit and send a formal booking offer. If you start with us this amount will be deducted off your first payment plan. This deposit is only non-refundable if you didn't start with us. Once your deposit has been paid your booking will be finalised.

Deposit payments are as follows:

Place for a child 0 to 2 years of age £100.00

Place for a child 2 years and over £50.00

Your deposit payment will be deducted from your first payment plan should you start with us, if you do not start then unfortunately the deposit will be lost.
