Having spoken to colleagues across the county we know that one of the most important concerns for early years staff ( and the reason why many staff leave their job) is a negative atmosphere in the workplace caused by colleagues. We support our team by having a zero tolerance approach to gossip and negativity in the workplace. Staff wellbeing where all staff work in harmony to create a caring and nurturing environment for children and colleagues remains our focus.
